in the ds version their hard to catch and haven't yet caught one. in GV version i have caught one.

the original vice city has helicopters to. just that vcs has way more things to do and more better vehicles and graphics.

i got it for ps2. i played it for the psp i hate the controls for it. i liek the r3 and l3 and the r2 and l2 buttons on the ps2 version of the game. but its your opinion and i'll respect it. |
