First time i ever heard of him was when i was walking through Chester town centre and heard him playing... stood there for about an hour bought his CD and threw a fiver in his collection, just wish i'd had more cash because I would happily have paid £20 to watch him at a concert hall!

I saw this guy on 8.11.08 in the street at York and he was outstanding .He played this and it blew away !

i hope he plays in new york one day..this may sound over the top, but the video of him busking in chester square by cognaught shaped a whole stage of my life..his song orange literally was the beginning on a new part of life for me. i only wish to see him play one day, and a friend of mine too, it would be incredible to see whoever made the music that could move people so much in person.

hes already doing well in England. hes got a good number of extremely good albums out. Itunes has most of them if u want to listen to him. i think its nice that even though hes been signed to record labels n stuff that he still goes out busking and helps to liven up shoppers days. it helps my days become bearable tbh

Ed alleyne johnson is 1 of the greatest underrated underappreciated violin players ever. Any1 from any music group will apreciate the sounds of Ed. Too bad, he's not heavily advertised, as the crappy music we are forced to listen to here in the U.S. This man should be playing in very big concert halls, not in the streets. He probably will make it big someday, and he should, because the world would love every single ed alleyne johnson originals. GO ED!

he made hes first cd in 1992 without a contract. he is still does busking, because he learned to play on the streets in europe and the usa and now he wants to give the music back to the street.
