idk....it seems like even though this device is obsolete, it still has given way to some essential components...i mean palm Treos still use Infrared beaming, and e-mails/faxes are still major parts of communication life...

so cool. seriously i love looking at tech history to see how it used to be. it seems that iphone is or was based on newton for the beginning and still is but of course not as much with all the new apps

Wow! I am still amazed at this device's simplicity. I still wouldn't mind using it. I mean, large screen, good handwriting recognition and I notice that there is NO lag while writing at all! This is something I don't even have on my HTC Touch Dual! Crazy stuff! I wish we still had dedicated Palmtops and I wish I was old enough when all this happened!!

Newton was great (I think). They should make a new one like the iPhone, but not as expensive!!!!!!! :)

GAWD!! I sure with my Treo would understand "Lunch with Mary on Thursday" and try and extrapolate MARY, LUNCH, and THURSDAY! That would be beyond awesome. |
